If you would like any promotional materials included in the registration packet, ship 200 copies/items by October 1 to South Platte Forum, c/o Northern Water, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, CO 80513. Be sure to note that the items are for the South Platte Forum packets.

- Exhibitor Space
You will have one 6-foot exhibitor table that has a black tablecloth on it. You can put any free-standing display on the table you would like. You can also set up a floor display behind or in lieu of your table. The hotel will not allow us to attach any items to the walls. Electricity is available but you'll need an extension cord. Sponsors are given first priority in assigning tables. You may begin set-up at 7:00 am and be ready to be packed up by 5:00 pm.
