Email Marissa at firstname.lastname@example.org your current logo, web page link, and Facebook page as soon as possible for them to be added and linked to our website and Facebook page. Be sure to send it by September 1st to be included in the printed Forum materials.
- Handouts for attendees
If you would like any promotional materials included in the registration packet, ship 200 copies/items by October 1 to Veronica Gomez, Northern Water, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, CO 80513. Be sure to note that the items are for the South Platte Forum packets.
- Company Banner (Presenting and Luncheon Sponsors Only)
Ship your banner to the Westin Westminster (10600 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, CO 80020) c/o Marissa Chastain, South Platte Forum, to arrive October 23rd or before or bring it with you to the conference and give it to Marissa there.
- Exhibitor Space
You will have one 6-foot exhibitor table that has a black tablecloth on it. You can put any free-standing display on the table you would like. You can also set up a floor display behind or in lieu of your table. The hotel will not allow us to attach any items to the walls. Electricity is available but you'll need an extension cord. Sponsors are given first priority in assigning tables. You may begin set-up at 6:30AM on Wednesday. Please leave your display in place until after the mid-morning break on Thursday if possible, and have it completely packed up by 3PM on Thursday.
