Registration Fees

Registration fees include meals, breaks and reception.
Early Registration (by October 1).................................$100
Regular Registration (after October 1)........................$115
If invoicing is necessary, there will be an additional $20 fee.
Cancellation Policy: Before Oct. 1, full refund minus $20 processing fee; Oct. 1-15, 50% refund; no refunds issued after Oct. 15.

Plaza Conference Center - 1900 Ken Pratt Boulevard—Longmont, CO—303-776-2000 -

The Plaza Conference Center is located behind the Plaza Hotel, to the northwest, on Industrial Circle. It was formerly the Radisson/Raintree Plaza Hotel and Conference Center.

The Plaza is offering a $99 nightly rate to Forum attendees. Call 800-333-3333 by Sept. 15 to make your reservation. Be sure to mention you’re with the South Platte Forum.
